Shipping & Delivery Policy

LawNation provides digital legal documentation services. We do not ship any physical goods. Your completed rent agreement is delivered electronically — available for download from our website and, where applicable, sent to the email address you provide on the order form.

Delivery time depends on the scan/processing service you select at checkout:

• Quick Scan — delivered within approximately 2 hours for orders placed before 3:30 PM on a business day.
• Standard Scan — delivered within approximately 10–12 hours.

Typical end-to-end delivery for a standard rent agreement is within 24 hours of successful payment, subject to accurate information being provided and normal e-stamping portal availability.

• Incomplete, incorrect, or unclear information/documents submitted with your order.
• Downtime or delays at government e-stamping portals or third-party notary partners, which are outside our control.
• Orders placed on public holidays or outside standard business hours.

If you opt for notary service, coordination is handled by our verified partners. Any physical handling of stamp paper required for notarisation follows the applicable state's process and may take additional time beyond the digital delivery estimate above.
